Spiritual warfare is an unseen reality of armed conflict in the realm of the spirit; one between the kingdom of darkness and the Kingdom of God.  “From the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violent assault, and violent men seize it by force [as a precious prize].” — Matthew 11:12 AMP Like all wars, spiritual warfare involves violent attacks, plunder, weaponry and casualties. Due to destinies, purposes, possessions and people’s lives being at stake, it is important for those within the Kingdom of God to be knowledgeable about and equipped, experienced and trained in spiritual warfare. “And God Said” | Hearing God’s Voice Through His Word (Part I)

Hello, I’m  Light .  Welcome to— Introduction  Does God speak?  Is God able to speak? The truth is revealed in many and various verses of the Word of God. In this post, we take a look at the first phrase in the Word of God that explicitly reveals that God speaks; “And God said . . .” “And God Said…” “And God said, “Let there be light”;  and there was light.”   —Genesis 1:3 ESV Have you ever read the first chapter of Genesis in the Bible?   It is a beautiful and iconic story; the Story of Creation. One of the most repeated phrases in the story is, “ And  God said…”  Say (v): 1 utter words, so as to convey information, and opinion, a feeling, or intention, or an instruction. Synonym: speak , utter, voice, pronounce. A synonym for “to say” is “to speak”. God has the ability to speak in the way most commonly thought of when one hears the word “speak”. Good news, Beloved:   God is always speaking. God speaks in many and various ways. One of the most frequent ways in which God speaks is through His Word. At the end of this series is a simple method on how to hear God’s voice through His Word.
